You should get off of 4chan before your finals. That's what you should do.

Depends, will you be able to sleep at least 6 hours between lifting and your exams? then go for it

But if your exam is like 2 hours after lifting, then just forget about it, you will use all your work capacity in lifting and will be fucking fried for the exam
