make sure it has methylated B vitamins:
b12 should be methylcobalamin
folic acid should be in form of 5-MTHF
b6 should be pyridoxal 5’-phosphate

other forms are not only ineffective but they will cause problems in a lot of people

this one is inexpensive and good but it contains ALA so you shouldnt take it if you have problems with mercury

CoQ10 (co enzyme Q10) is an added bonus. But only found it in overly expensive multivitamins in the pharmacy. (It's not worth paying 3 times as much for 1/4 of the amount of pills). Just eat healthy alongside the vits and you should be fine
