My mum had an abdominoplasty (an extended one) and I never realized what the fuck had happened to her until I saw this picture on Wikipedia.
Jesus Fucking Christ.
She claims she never recovered from her 2nd pregnancy, and even the maids were shocked at the time, but since then she has lost and regained over 25kg three times in the last 15 years. She lost it all again two years ago and has stayed slim since, but the damage was massive.
It's now been 10 days since the operation and she's still fucked up, recovery is very hard.
Can you get destroyed like this through bulk/cut cycles?

You can get like this from bulk/cut cycles. That's a split of the muscle from underneath due to pregnancy. Fat is deposited above muscle, and so will not split it.
