I've never had a problem with MyProtein, whether it be their products or emails. Their emails are infrequent, and their products have come on time, if not early.

I don't know why you're having problems. I use the US section of the site, though. Maybe the version for your country is managed differently.

MyProtein has come through for me multiple times.

I've been ordering from MyProtein for about 3 years now and over the past year, at least 20% of my orders have arrived with the packaging damaged and on occasion the bags of whey split open inside. It's poor but they've picked up their game recently. DESU they're just so much cheaper than any other supplement company it's worth sticking with it. They make their money off the bullshit supps they sell with clever marketing and 'bundles' alongside their reasonably priced whey.

I received my order on time and not damaged. No issues on that part. I'm also happy with their unflavored whey and the pricing. It's just scummy that they ignore the email settings while having such an aggressive email list.
