Do you inplement some kind of oly lift in your routine, /fit/? Is it a good idea at all?
Just started doing power cleans before my romanians sets and it feels amazing, but I'm wondering if I schould'nt try full cleans for that extra leg work.
By the way, what is generally better for overall conditioning and muscle building without interfering the main exercises, cleans or power cleans? Why?

Full cleans, they allow for more weight, larger range of motion.
If you are a weightlifter, you 100% need bodybuilding
If you are a bodybuilder, you 0% need weightlifting, there are other exercises that more than eclipse the benefits of snatching and cleaning for muscular development
if you have any interest in doing actual weightlifting then learn how to do cleans. Learning powers first football-style will probably fuck up your motor patterns

Tbh I'm more interested in conditioning, health and having fun while becoming stronger and more muscular. I don't care about becoming buff and overall bodybuilding scene at all.
Cleans makes me more athletic, implement my routine and are fun. I'm convinced with these reasons. Thank you familia!
