yes, however you will you not get enough micro nutrients your body needs to sustain a healthy functional body. energy in energy out. i could eat 3 cheese burgers a day and still loose weight as long as my i am under my TDEE but ill lack any form ubstance amounts for the normal growth and development of living body.
