sup /fit/, im currently on a cut. I've seen some progress over the past few months but i have a problem with fruits. Even though i don't eat bad carbs such as candy bars and stuff, I crave an apple every fucking night. I can't stop eating fruit as soon as I take the first bite so it eventually leads to a binge. Is there a way to stop this cravings?
Why would you? Apple a day won't kill you.

I can't stop myself from binging. I want to quit sugar completely.

Buy only 7 apples a week. Force yourself to only eat one. If you binge, no apples the rest of the week. Learn discipline or you'll never make it.
Don't remove temptations, adapt to them.
For me to quit I had to jump to an extreme and go keto, you stop eating sugar if it makes you feel sick when you do.

>want to quit sugar
Great
>by avoiding fruits
Wrong
Quit refined sugars, eat more fruits. You crave apples because your low carb diet is making you hypoglycemic.

i've already quit refined sugar, but im having a hard time managing my fruit consumption

It doesn't need managing, eat more fruits. Lack of fruit is ranked as the most pressing dietary risk factor in the world and you're trying to cut it out of your diet? The fuck. What next, you'll need help quitting vegetables too?
>no carbs high protein hard cut (around 900-1100 cals a day) for 10 days
>carb refeed day where i eat at a surplus of 500 and very high carbs (around 250g)
>rinse and repeat
Would this work? i'm kind of a autist for planning things but i don't know if it's even a good idea, basically i heard some faggots talking about needing a carb refeed when doing low carb or something.
