Does /fit/ have problems with their elbows?
I've had tennis elbow for a couple of months and it hasn't gotten much better. I finally started rehab exercises, but is there anything that seems to really work outside of RICE and time?
I've had that shit for 2 years...I have the phys therapy bars and do the exercises every day. That's the only way I get relief
Do the exercises and stretches every day. I've been a baseball player for years, look up the Jaeger Bands program. Really good stuff for your shoulder and elbow health, it's awesome

Do you squat low bar?
I used to get elbow tendonitis, then I replaced the low bar meme with high bar and everything's been fine since.

Danke. I haven't been able to really lift at all, have you recovered enough to make decent gains again?

I had a similar problem when I started doing low bar, lowered the weight, focused on my form, and haven't had the problem in nearly 6 months.

I had that for months-- more than a year... I used the theraband which helped a little, but things really improved once I started doing various exercises with resistance bands (the heavy duty rubber bands like these: https://www.amazon.com/BESTOPE-Resistance-Exercise-Strength-Training/dp/B00U6X8LTI )
Could be a coincidence as I mostly did random exercises with them and wasn't trying to do anything for my elbow specifically: flys, curls, push ups...

what exercises did u do with the band?
I had it, I just stopped lifting for a month then came back light. I also don't push for one more rep CMON GODDAMIT
It all started when I did skullcrushers with a straight bar
Boy was I dumb
