What routine do you recomend to start with? Chubbyfat 170lbs 5'9 here and starting with gym tomorrow.

Read Starting Strength by Mark Ripatoe. That's how getting stronger works. Also, adding muscle IS weight gain, so don't freak out if you gain weight as you progress. What's going to happen is you're going to "fill out" and have lower body fat and higher muscle.
