Just got back into running and swimming about a month ago but am already getting bored of swimming, and it's getting to cold to run out side. Joined a boxing gym yesterday and it's my new favourite work out. Trying to figure out a good schedule to balance lifting and boxing.
1) One Mile run trying to get under 4:30 each time
2) Once a day for as long as it takes to run a mile (4:30-5)
3) 5 days a week

Recovering fatty, dropping mad weight and getting into lifting and cardio. Month and a half ago I couldn't run 2k at 10kmph without a break. Now I can run 5k in 27 mins. I know it's trash for a 21 year old, but I'm crazy proud of myself.
I run every other day in between lifting.
Anyone got any pointers for good form whilst running, or point me in the direction I can learn more?

My fav is ergometer, it's both cardio and general body exercise, also quite injury-safe. Also like bicycling, but it's painful on when getting off of the bicycle - the area between anus and my scrotum feels numb and hurts at the same time.
I do cardio 3x a week in between my lifting days
I lift 3x a week - 1rest day

I got laid off for the winter from my construction company and am starting basic training in February anyhow so trying to get into good shape for that. I've been jogging 5-7k, lifting or swimming 2k everyday days (about 40 mins, an hour for lifting) cardio gains feel even better than my strength gains imo. It's been feeling good, I want to keep it up.

Anus pain should go away after a couple weeks I've found.
