Excuse my newbness.. But trying to get an answer for the 1g of protein per lb. Should I be using my current weight or desired weight to find out how much protein I need?

Lean body mass. In other words, subtract your body fat. Example: Say you weigh 200 lbs w/ 20% body fat. 200 - 20% = 160 grams.

at 420 you just need to cut calories. Start counting macros as you dip into like 220 dumbass.

Being natural. Its not that fucking important. If you weigh 200 lbs, eat around 100-200 grams daily.
Just count the calories.
