Tbh this day and age if anyone, male or female, simply doesn't eat like a pig, they'll already be a 7 at minimum, considering 66% of the population is overweight/obese.

Women also vary less, are fatter on average and men are thirsty, so simply not being fat and having at least a normal face means a girl is already "top tier" from the point of view of most males.
