I write, read, draw, study math, listen to philosophical/political content creators on Youtube and have debates with my friends when they're up for it.

I don't do all of those things every day, obviously. A good chunk of my time goes towards work and other hobbies, but I put enough time in to learn and stay sharp.

Meditate is something I'd highly recommend. Part of life is learning to master your own body because no 2 bodies are exactly the same. To master yourself, you need to learn how your body/mind works. Meditating helps with that by making you more present, making you pay attention to how your body reacts to certain stimuli.
