So, after 9 months of busting my ass, I almost look like a respectable human being. I'd never excercised a day in my life before so I'm the best I've ever been.
Thing is, I was doing shrugs yesterday and I've realised that my left shoulder is noticably smaller than my right. (Explains why my barbell grip is weird, been trying all sorts to try and fix it)
What do I do to fix this? Can I do additional reps on my left side to bulk it up or should I just leave it to catch up on its own?

First things first. Are you a boy or a girl?

You have to restart.
Stop lifting, and wait for them to even out, the continue lifting.
If you've been doing a lot of barbell stuff (ie everything /fit/ suggests to new lifters) then you've probably been using your dominant side more when lifting.
Do more dumbbell exercises for a few months and it will sort itself out.
Boy or girl. I can't tell.

DID YOU JUST ASSUME I AM CIS?????
I'm a 21y/o male.
