if you're trying to get into lifting for the first time. Do Starting Strength.
It's basically
A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
B
Squat 3x5
OHP 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
and you do AxBxAxxBxAxBxx
This is the best routine for beginners and if you stick with it for 6 months, you should add 150lbs to your lifts.
I also highly recommend doing accessory exercises. The program begins to incorporate chinups and rows, but I would take 2 rest days a week and do 15 minutes of ab/core work, 15 minutes of bicep work, 15 minutes of calf work, 15 minutes of rear shoulder work. If it starts to affect your main lifts, lower the intensity for accessories.
