For a year now, my right knee has been feeling weird. I am constantly low-key aware of it, it feels less flexible than my right leg, and when walking or running, the foot pointing a little inwards. It doesn't even hurt unless I make sudden movements, but it's driving me fucking crazy when I do cardio. Help/advice/similar experiences?
Go to a doctor. You only have 1 knee.

(finally a response)
Actually, I have two. Doctor couldn't tell what's wrong, said if it doesn't hurt then to ignore it but I think that's retarded, what if it's warning signs for something more serious

ask a traumatologist or maybe a pediatric surgeon
it sounds like an untreated hip dysplasia or maybe osgood schlatter.

I'll try but those would probably both be even longer waits
Any advice or tips? like any things I can do or stop doing to aid in healing?

you could see a general doctor and ask for a radiography to make things faster, probably one for hips, knee and spine
until then, stay away for heavy ass workouts. you could try ciclying, swimming or elliptical for cardio. try too deload a bit, at least with squats and didylift
also stay hydrated and always stretch and warm up but you already knew that

oh and if you're overweight you need to lose at least 10 pounds.

Are elipticals better for your kneew compared to treadmills? I weigh about 230 lbs and want to gt to 200 by end of year. I'm just really scared of fucking up my knee forever. Of the stuff you mentioned, what would be best for protection/healing ?
(spoiler) also what would be good for lowerback healing (/spoiler)
