I don't really have a goal body I want to achieve.
But I want to be physically capable.
Like do 20 pullups and not have two useless stick for arms, do a bunch of running and not die, etc.
Thing is my goals seem to move every time I come close.
After I made it to 5km of running it became 10, now that I'm at 10 I want to do 21... Same thing with chin ups, can't do a proper set of pull ups yet, hold me Scooby. I don't know if it's good of bad. On one hand I keep pushing myself and not becoming complacent, on the other hand I'm never fully happy.

The only thing i miss about being a lazy slob is the drinking.
