what do you do /fit/ when you get sick and have no appetite?

i cant stomach anything when im sick and its gonna hurt my lifts when the cold gets off.

Look up simple chicken noodle or rice porridge with ginger and chicken stock.

You don't have to eat a large portion, just have something in your body.

Also avoid exercise. It'll hamper your recovery by bringing blood flow to your muscles instead of the site of infection.
