HELP me fit

There's phlegm constantly flowing out of my throat. This is destroying my life as it overflows into my mouth and I am forced to spit it out every fifteen minutes. If I can't find a bathroom or something I can't even open my mouth to speak.

This first started when I got sick a year ago, then it faded away after a week or so. Now two months ago I got sick again, and the same shit happened, but it didn't go away even though I felt completely recovered from my illness a long time ago!

What the fuck do I do

Do you smoke? If yes, that's just part of it eventually, so you just gotta quit or deal with.

If not, you probably are getting either a sinus infection or chest infection, get checked by a doctor.

i always have it in the back of my throat ready to be brought forward and spit out every few minutes.

And no im not sick. I think I have weird allergies to something and my body is constantly fighting it.....fells badman
