Patrician choice, Devotion is the best beach house album.

One pound ground turkey, packet of taco mix, can of black beans, cup of brown rice. Good for a few meals and you can eat it with tortillas if you want or just out of a bowl. Or substitute the rice for whole wheat pasta and use chili mix instead of taco mix.

Can of tuna, diced onion, a egg, pepper, salt. mash all that up into small patties*
put pan on stove and activate heat
put bit of oil in pan
put patties in pan
at some point, flip the patties.
eat them.

*if patties are too runny, add a little bit of flour

The simplest form of cooking

Take one good item

Add another good item

Apply one heat

Just don't be a retard about it and cook garlic and chocolate together and you'll make tasty edible foods in no time. Experiment with herbs and spices and you'll be a pro in no time.

Allrecipes search with whatever veggie you want as main veggie

Take out whatever you don't want or have or want to cook

Add whatever meat you want

I've pretty much been eating burritos: sautéed onion and various peppers, reduced spinach, mashed black beans with lime or pinto with chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (like $1.50 in ethnic section) and adding meat. Roll in tortilla and can make like 5 at a time. Mad delicious

TLDR Search for veggie recipes and then add meat if you want or to fix macros

I make three cheap foods.
Chili con carne
>fry minced meat
>throw in tomato sauce and beans
>throw in chili pepper, bell pepper, onion and garlic
>season and let simmer for ~20 minutes
minced meat temptation
>fry minced meat
you can use tuna or chicken as well
>throw in onion/popato mixture
>put cream
>oven 225 degree for 55 min
sausage soup
>fry sausage pieces a bit
>throw soup veggie mix, potato, broth cube, and whatever you like in a pot
>put sausage in
>boil until good

I just make these. Better than eating microwave food. The macros in the last two arent anything special and they certainly aren't cutting foods.
