It's starting to get a little painful though. Wrists and shoulders really feel it. Had to add an extra rest day to my routine. Don't know if I've got much more to add to my bench anymore. It's a bit of a weird feeling.

Did a proper bench for the first time today (before it was all either chest press machine or a jones machine). Felt like a huugggeeee pussy when I could only do 5x5 with 95 lbs. Started with 105 but I knew after the first 5 I wouldn't be able to do another set.

On the plus side, I also did DL for the first time today and did 2x5 with 185 so that's something....right?
