Bros, need critique on cutting technique:
So, I do one hour of back-bi/ chest-tri/ leg-misc, depending on the day, and then do 1 hour of stationary cycling. Usually I set the resistance to where I am using 600 calories (according to the bike that is) at 90 RPM after 1 hour. On the leg day, I drop the resistance level a bit and end up with 500 calories spent, same time.
Been doing this for a month, lost maybe half an inch on stomach circumference and a 2-3 pounds on the scale...
Any bro science opinions on how I could improve?

Figure out your TDEE, eat less than that.
You're sacrificing muscle by doing medium intensity cardio like that for long periods of time. Are you cutting your calories too? That should be your primary cutting "technique", not hour-long stationary bike sessions.

Yes, I cut my calories too, and dropped weight off the bar a bit on everything but back exercises... Doing them just feels less dreadful than squats or bench on a deficit.
I take a 25g of protein in form of a shake with my pre-workout and creatine right before heading to the gym. My thinking was that with that and some residual real food from breakfast or ~5 pm meal I should have enough not to tap into muscles. (I do either morning or evening sessions depending on work and school)
I was thinking maybe intervals on a bike, as a low impact alternative to HIIT, but second hour in, I just want to zone out and pedal away and not get my heart rate up.

wtf is this meme corruption, you're not sacrificing shit by having a little bike ride.
your cortisol levels might increase if you ran an ultra marathon but light cardio will not catabolize all your gains
