Do you guys remove the yolks from your eggs? It seems that after a few Google searches, Yolks have all the fat and cholesterol, but it also has some of the protein and all of the vitamins of an egg. That means egg whites have no fat or cholesterol with some protein, but also no vitamins.

yolks are good cholesterol
Fat isn't bad.
Eating cholesterol does not equal high cholesterol in the body.

also eating too much egg whites will cause biotin deficiency which is linked to tons of bad stuff. if you are taking b-complex supplements or have a decent diet you don't have to worry about it though
Are you competing for money in an international show: Remove them.
Anything else: Eat them.
the ONLY time i remove the yolks is when i'm in a very low cut (around 800) and i really want to mix some eggs with something, maybe some tuna some lean beef, otherwise the calories would spike if i ate the yolk
If you're bulking or even in a normal 2000 cut there's no real reason to throw them away

thats only for raw eggs, if you cook it the protein that binds to biotin is denatured

Why so binary. I eat maybe 3 egg yokes a week, but I toss the rest for just egg whites. So both

This is correct.
But nobody will ever believe it...

No, I paid for the entire egg so I'm gonna eat the entire egg
>>39661992
i ONLY eat the yolks
I eat 28 whole eggs per week

The whole eggs is good for you, it's just a way for them to sell more for less egg. It's good fat and good cholesterol.
