What weight should my bar bell rows be in relation to my bench press? 1:1?
>>39660039
Yes
1:1?
I guess it'd be 1lbs for every 1lbs
>>39660039
Why did you have to post a picture of eggs?
row should be like 10-20% higher
>>39660048
I was guessing 1:1. That's what I had been aiming for, but I wasn't sure. Rows are really difficult for me, so it seems hard to imagine doing two plates while benching two plates.

I like eggs.
>>39660072
I concur. Eggs are cool.
>>39660121

>>39660072

>>39660155
I want plebbit to go... or at least assimilate
>>39660072
What do people eggs taste like
>>39660072
Listen to this guy, eggs are good I like eggs.
>>39660039
Those eggs are massively overcooked, well done destroying all the protein in them
>>39660072
This is a christian imageboard. Who the fuck do you think you are posting eggs here
>>39660039
I have the oposite problem, I'm too good at rows, too bad at the bench.
>>39660523
you are not alone my dude
>can bench 285 for reps
>can't row 2 plate for reps
my back.... i can feel it's immense diminutivity
>>39660039
No, bench should be stronger. Enter your lifts on symmetric strength.
