Hey fit, my bench press has been the same for like the last month and a half. basically i do my working sets with 155, and I bench like twice a week. some weeks I can do sets of 5, sometimes 6, sometimes 3 or 4. The problem I have is that its not like I'm improving week to week. sometimes I'm getting stronger and sometimes I'm going backwards. Also I'm cutting on 1500 calories, but I'm getting good protien.

watch some form videos, Alan Thrall's vids helped me
besides working on form start doing really heavy sets at the beginning of your workout, like 1-2 rep max. That's what has worked best for me in going heavier, was going heavier, as opposed to just going for more reps on a lower weight

Yes, you can. But its not easy. Also, the further into your cut you go your body's T levels will drop.
