I'm trying to track my calories, I decided to indulge myself yesterday. I'm only tracking MACROS. how bad did I goof when I ate this? It's chinese food, Shrimp and Scallop in garlic sauce. Everything online says its like 300-400 calories per plate but i think that's bullshit. I was 1300 calories under my limit before I ate that, any chance i stayed under it?

If you're really worried just do a 30 minute run and you'll pretty much ensure you're under.
besides frying the stuff in oil and the sauce which is probably worse than liquid candy the basic ingredients are low calorie and lean protein. you're fine.

i already went for a lift before I ate. It's the fucking chinese joint next to the gym, I've managed to resist it everyday the past 3 months, but i'm not quite sure what happened this time.

i literally input the meal as being 1300 calories, i'll deal with the bloating down the line as long as It's just water.
