Sup /fit/, after a year and a half of lifting in my chuck taylors they have finally kicked the bucket. I'm looking for an upgrade. I'm not a powerlifter so I don't want to drop $200 on a clunky pair of romaleos or powerlifts. Just need something that would work for general gym use.
What do you all wear to the gym?

You look stupid and there are plenty of shoes designed to give you better balance and mobility than bare feet.
That being said, I lift in chucks.
