can I get some advice? I've been lifting for a couple of years. I've got some great arm growth (17 inches) but I want a bigger chest?

hit chest more. do a chest/back legs/shoulders split, hit chest and back twice a week do legs and shoulders once a week. on the 2nd chest/back workout do like one more chest thing or chest superset than on the first chest workout..

Bulk until you reach about 230-240. Then cut, then realize cutting is fucking lame and bulk until you die. I'm 6'12" 710 lbs.
