How does someone achieve a busty/thicc body through workouts

How does someone achieve a busty/thicc body through workouts when genes are not on their side? Say, they are born flat-chested and breasts are made of both fat and muscle, or more "aesthetically pleasing" pieces like hip dimples, or thigh gaps, or a raised butt, etc etc. Essentially, parts of the body that are based on genetics without any help from a diet, workouts, etc.
What workouts and foods can benefit this person? Should they go for foods like apples and nuts that have some estrogen, or would that be counterproductive due to the fact that said chemicals can actually make fat spread to other parts of the body as well?
Should they resort to using corsets/body-shaping articles of clothing to achieve a smaller waist or other desired shapes, or will that be too damaging in the long run if they aren't careful?
And how long should they keep said diets or lifestyles to prevent an overachieve, such as oversize of boobs that could cause back problems and issues like that? What would they have to switch to if they don't want that to happen?

Even if you got fat and then lose weight, it will just make it worse since you will never get boob gainz.

The only way a woman could have boob gainz is when she is a loli that has hit puberty and give her lots of estrogen food so i guess you're late.
But hey, if a woman is an adult DFC, she can get a nice firm ass with some squats so she can still become hot

Also she can become skinny but with a nice jawline like guys do as well

You DON'T. You work to have a PROPORTIONAL figure, and ignore stupid fads like having a big fat ass.

I know what you're trying to do; you're trying to have a classic 'hourglass' figure, when you're not built that way. Just stop. You'll end up looking like a circus sideshow freak, then when the 'fad' dies out, you'll be stuck looking that way forever.

You can't change your hip structure or fat distribution. It's unfair but the true thicc goddess look is really down to genetics, training can enhance it but not really create it. As another anon said, the only solution is to git gud (really fucking gud) at squat's, deadlift's, and basically any lower body lift you can progress well at. Adding meat to your outer quads and glutes will make your hip/waist ratio appear more significant, and and a well developed lower body in general looks fucking great on a women, no question. Look at (strong) female powerlifters, they don't all have the thicc genetics but they almost all have good posture and great looking legs and ass.

You can't, not really.
Hip dimples, thigh gaps, high glute inserts are all 100% genetic.
If you want high phytoestrogen food (plant estrogen that is turned into human estrogen) then you'll need pretty much need extract versions of that, unless you're okay with eating like 2lbs of flaxseed a day.
