Anyone still play DDR (PS2 or arcade)? Thinking about getting into it again for cardio

That's not the kind of exercise Scooby died for, anon.

Whatever keeps you moving anon. I lost a decent amount of weight when I played DDR for 4 hours a day over the course of a summer break in college. HIIT is still the preferred method tho if I'm short on time.
why haven't they made any DDR games for the current console gen? did motion based gaming kill DDR since it's no longer unique? or are music games just dead due to oversaturation?
>>39649540
They're dead because they require unique peripherals and are distinctly "unrelaxing"

I mean Just Dance for xbox is still going strong, isn't it?

>go for cardio gains
>set your social gains back to 0
Literally why the fuck would you do this? DDR post-2010 will literally get you fired from your job and kicked out of your degree program in school because they know you're completely unprofessional and a social outcast.

2/10 meme, at least you tried.

You do realise Playstation has released Playstation 4 (pro), right?

Former detective.
Yeah you could say I play.

I used to, and was alright at it(pic related) but stopped when I got more into lifting. It's really hard to play accurately when your legs are tired from squats.
Not as useful for cardio as downloading all of the songs and then listening to them as you jump-rope.
Learn 2 Boxer step for those sweet calf gains.
