I was cooking pizza in my stove, and i forgot I wasn't supposed to put a dish in with the pizza.
The dish was metal, and it just fucking melted and made my whole apartment smokey. Had to open windows in fucking December.
But what I'm the most concerned about is that I still ate half the pizza anyways, since it cooked fine.
Is anything going to happen to me?

Calm down

I'm calm, don't worry. But it never hurts to ask.
I was already expecting myself to be bedridden all day tomorrow, thanks to how I'm too scared to do anything new.

Toxins from metal smoke can be a serious health risk over the long-term. desu if you live in a small house/apartment and there's a leftover smell from the smoke you may still be at risk. I've heard of this happening to a friend and they said leaving out some ammonia and bleach helps.

You do realise that pizza is the best food for bodybuilding right? And what metal was your dish? Was it by any chance iron? Iron is a mineral responsible for carrying oxygen in your red blood cells and transmitting nerve impulses. Not having enough iron in the body is known as anemia.

Kek
Lol you're fine. I'd be more worried about the residue in your oven. Every time you use your oven you're going to be reheating that shit back up to melting temperature.
