If youre doing like crossfit training where youre in the sun sweating a shit ton drink Gatorade with 2/3 water, if youre just at the gym weight lifting just drink water.

Or just exercise outside in genera, I didn't know what kind of example to give for outside training so I just said crossfit.

Oh, wait.

It gives you a little energy boost because of the sugar. I take maltodextrin during my workout which is kinda the same. It doesn't hydrate you any better, actually worse.
