There's a guy at my gym who always tries to superset squats and OHP using 2 squat racks and there are only 3 in the gym. I just walk up and take whichever one he's using and tell him he doesn't need both. The owner is an ex-lifter/fitness model so when he complains she tells him to fuck off and use 1 piece of equipment at a time.

At my gym 45's are primo. There are way more lesser weights than needed so if you warm up you should use like a 25 then add two 10's if you aren't at a plate for warm up yet. If you take them off and add a 45 instead all you are doing is hogging the 45s for vanity.

the equipment is jurassic and there's mostly military/vet guys in their mid 30s who have no time for dumb shit.
