then keep in mind that this isn't actually true (about government guidelines recommending people eat lots of sugar). What effect that has on the rest of the documentary, I don't know.

It depends on what makes you want to run. It's about people running over 100 miles in 60 hours as part of a race that some crazy old dude made up. It's also fun to watch. Pretty well done.
