Starting crossfit

Try tKing up Brazilian jiu jitsu. Really good for self defence, and you won't get punched in the face either..
I do it and love it

Oh. Well yea its used to treat cuts during a fight. Some of the fighters will rub it in their chest and face to let their opponents glove slip off their skin to prevent cuts also.

The crossfit gym in my city cost like 33 euros per month so pretty expensive but affortable
