Lifted heavy as fuck, did crazy as hell calisthenics, and did up to 30 minutes of nonstop sprints every night.
Was 280 fucking pounds at 17% bodyfat and had 19inch natural arms.
But when cold season came around I was the first to get sick and got sicker then anyone else.
Sprinting feels great. Something really satisfyinf about starting off hustling at a good clip, then catching the wind and just breaking into an all-out sprint like the fucking T-1000
Yes twice a week. I'm actually a cop soon figured might as well. Love catching someone before they even get a chance to get far. Such a rush

Was division 1 sprinter for a little in college. We did Olympic lifts during the season though I did more bodybuilding style lifting on my own until then.
