How do you train them? I'm a noon and all I've been doing is finishing my workouts with an ab wheel rollout 3x12. I know this isn't enough to get abs which pop. Help me out. Low body fat + what workout for abs?

ab wheel is a good one, just add in anti rotation and some cable crunches, maybe some stiff arm lat pulldowns and youll be fine

I mostly end up working out my abs while shitting. Sqeezing out that last turd can workout your abs pretty well. Also, sometimes I laugh really hard, but you have to be like laughing your ass for a really long time, like 7 minites straight, or else it won't work.

what is a good abs routine, I have lower back pains and I heard that strong abs help with pain
