As long as you can make it fit your macros
Yes. A carb is a carb. If you have room in your macros, then you're good. If you do IF, you're good. If you don't have room in cal intake/macros/etc... try to find different deserts. You can make bread pudding with milk, protein bread, eggs, and protein icing (protein powder + coconut milk.) just sweet enough. Also, sweet potatoes, pastries with minimal amounts of dough. :)
