Been lifting nearly 6 years now.

Counted calories for the first 2 years,
Counted macros for the 3rd and 4th year.

Last 2 years Ive just ate intuitively, every 2-3 hours I eat a small meal, with 20-30g protein. Have absolutely no idea how many calories I consume anymore, but all I know that I'm the leanest, strongest and bigger I've ever been, without tracking like an autist anymore.

You'll find that most people you admire don't actually track shit, call it chad genetics or whatever, but I don't think it is, I think it's just using common sense and not eating like fat cunt, and focusing on eating for function, and not for emotion or enjoyment.

I've always been skinny. I never have an appetite for anything but sugar unfortunately. I have to track, or I'm prone to under eating.

Eating is a chore to me, so I really have to work at it.

2 cups of oatmeal/ fruit in the morning

.5 lb chicken thigh
1.5 cups rice
1 cup teriyaki fried zucchini
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups almond malk
x3 a day

With dinner I also have lettuce/ranch and
Bluberry lemonade or something to satisfy sweet tooth.
I'll also eat pie usually once a week and 2-3 meal bars through the day.

Eat this twice a day. Also have a protein shake in lifting days.

Other than that eating a massive breakfast and other meals early on i think are helpful overall for your intake, i had the problem of coming home after a work out in the evening and having around 1500cals left to eat

Other than that just force yourself to overeat, its the only way really
