Hey 4chan,
I'm a running newfag (I just started 2 days ago and I'm doing it for a special girl in my life) and I'm also a new vegetarian. I'm 6'4" and 226 lbs. I have 3 questions:
1. When running, how long does it usually take for runners high to kick in?
2. Would you guys say its worth it?
3. I know this is a normie question, but how long does it take to really lose weight on a regular running/dieting schedule?

you're going to fail if you don't run for the sake of running.

30 minutes or so in for me
>Would you guys say its worth it?
it made me feel a lot happier and more energetic, so I would say yeah

Like always depends on your calories in and out. but I can say that I've ran for like a year now and lost zero weight.

depends on how intense you go, ie typically 4-5 miles for nubs and a bit higher for marathoners.
theirs adrenaline and there's runners high though adrenaline kicks in after a mile, but the runners high is the shit that makes you cry.
running burns calories quick, if you've been training for half a year you can cut like 700-800 calories a day running 5-6 miles.

Have fun with the worst part of running for a month.

I mean I'm doing it predominantly to be more healthy and to be happier.
