I'm doing a routine that uses 12-15 rep ranges, and every so often I'm supposed to do a week of 5 rep max heavy weight to keep the gains coming. So far I havent hit a wall, but I may be close. I was just wondering if there were any rough formulas or methods to figuring it out being I know my 12-15 rep weights. I don't want to get down and be like "Oops did 10" or drop a weight on my face.

If you're doing 12 reps of 60kg, that's 720kg total. 720 divided by 6 reps is 120kg, so double your squat weight
i guess just work your way up until you can only do 5 reps and then go from there
