Not very often, last time I had full body check up was 6 years ago, havent been to a doctor since.

twice yearly, I got to the dentist 4 times a year

now that I am 30 just once a year physical.

Every year. Work pays for a checkup and blood work and then I get a discount on my insurance plan the next year. It's cheaper for them to treat if they find big issues earlier.
