Post dinners bros

Don't have a pic
Ate sous vide cooked salmon with 2 baked potatoes and 3 scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of creme fraiche in it.

And sips for drink, ofcourse.

A mess of green lentils, curried carrots and a bit of rice. Added some roasted brussel sprouts.

Ahh the classic rice and beans . I knew i was missing something from mine. I did carmelized onions, seasonsed shredded chicken, shrimp, and a bit of rice. Some red beans wouldve made it god tire

It actually tastes really great. Especially the brussel sprouts. I used some balsamic vinegar, pepper and oil when roasting.

Turned out great.

Steamed kale and chic pea patties baked in the oven also some thinly sliced gouda on top and put put into some Italian bread . No pictures sorry.

I'm eating a fuckin' bag of seasoned chips for dinner lol. It's like 700 calories in the whole bag and half of that is just fat lol.
