Has any of you on a 25%+ cut have ever experienced problems with a limp dick? Story time:

Last year after cutting for something like 8 months (because I was a fat fuck) I started dating and to my surprise my dick didnt work. I visited some doctors and stuff and they said my dick was not the problem, most likely it was my brain fucking with me. Despite all of that I took at look at my exams myself and noticed my test was showing up at the low end of normal (300 ngdl), so I decided to drop my cut and take 5mg cialis daily as the doctor prescribed. Long story short, my test spiked to 700 ngdl in 2 months of doing that.
Now, that was about a year ago, since then I stopped hitting the gym, broke up with the gf, and started working out and cutting again in november and already I'm feeling my dick giving up. Has anyone else had experience with that? Am I cutting too much and my dick is a casualty as long as I keep this up? Just to add some info, Im 6'1 230lbs and eating about 1700~1800 cal per day atm.

It's easy to attribute things like that but no, that was not caused by cutting. Then whatever initial cause for ED is superceded by this new vicious cycle of being conscious of your erectile problems, so it only gets worse and even if you recover and your dick goes back to normal, it's still always going to be in the back of your head that your dick may one day just not obey.

Don't worry about it OP, it happened to you and me and many other men. You'll get over it, just get it off your mind, cap when you're horny, and keep cutting until you reach your goal.

Omg you fucking retards never cease to amaze me. If you are cutting do not cut your fats out if anything up them in your macros and reduce carb intake. Fats is what helps your hormones. And to be quite truthful you most likely shouldn't be cutting anyways I would just eat at maintenance while progressing on lifts but if you have to cut then start low like - 100 Cal's then as time progress you cut down lower so your body can adapt to the change.

I do watch my cholesterol intake, its the recomended dosage of 300mg daily, but I mainly get it from eggs. Does red meat provide any additional benefit over eggs?

My macros are ok man, target is about 30% carbs, 30% fats, 40% preoteins. Also, I kinda need to cut because I dont have enough muscle to do that body recomp shit and would rather be able to eat at a surplus rate later to build more muscle

Buddy you gotta up those fats if you want to lose weight without losing whatever muscle you have then you should go on keto with a refeed once a week. And if you don't have enough muscle to do a body recomp then you shouldn't be cutting. Like I stated before eat at maintenance progress on your lifts do some assistance work to bring up muscles that are lagging (yes do some isolation work) and wait a few months and if your still not where you want to be then cut and at least you'll have something to show for it at the end of it no point in going backwards from the beginning.

How much fat are you eating? Your body needs fat to build hormones. If you cut it out like the retard you probably are, then you'll have much lower test. The reason being that your body can't produce it without fats.

Bulking= eating 250-500 more calories a day to gain weight. It's called a "caloric surplus".
Cutting= eating 250-500 calories less a day to gain weight. A "caloric deficit".
