Gotta break that barrier by one of these:
>bulk
>deload
>overload
>creatine or caffeine for that edge
Worked for me to get pass previous barriers

When I'm really stuck and I'm literally just pursing numbers....I will go and do three sets of triples or doubles and advance that way. After a bit of progress on that i deload back to plateau weight and find Ill smash it.
do push press after your main ohp working sets

One handed press is the hardest to progress, anon. Just keep trying man.

do more accessory work, I'm doing a PPL routine so I usually start my push day with bench and did dumbbell shoulder press later, figured my shoulders were lacking so I switched it up and now I start with a barbell OHP, then continue with my chest work aswell as dumbbell shoulder press and lateral raises for added volume

fuckin this. I'll do push press with a little more than my stalled weight for 3x3 and try and slow the negative.
works super well for me
My press always progresses if I play my cards right. Just tripled 160 for two sets the other day.

Do less accessory work or it will cause mission creep
>>39624698
Use push press as your primary accessory. Get used to having heavy weight over head.
If lock out is hard then hit your Triceps more
Microplate master race. Ez steady gains
>145 for 5*4 today
>I weigh 165
>Will finish with something like 120 for 6*10
>Mfw plateau-bois can't into high volume
