Hello /fit/
How do I get a shiny bright healthy looking skin?
I have a sick pale greenish color, although I eat well and I'm not ill, and I know that a tan would give me cancer. So, is there a not-meme way to get a better looking skin?

You have those because there's no sun inside your moms basement

Take a multivitamin if you don't already, double check that you are eating well, it's likely that you are forgetting something. Record your food intake.
>If you manage to find the courage to go outside, you will notice something called the Sun.
>Exposure to the sun will tan your skin.
I know this is hard to understand but trust me, it works.
Literally carrots
Heres one that will 100% work
Get a carotenoid complex supplement
Pic related is the one i use
Take every other day, you'll see results in 2 weeks. Gives your skin a nice "glow".
Careful though, if you have light colored hair (IE blonde) it will give your hair a redish tinge, i back off of my dose when that happens
You could eat a bunch of bright colored fruits and veggies with oranges yellows and red colors for the same effect but a supplement is way easier
