Double overhand deadlifts for flexor strength and size, rice bucket for extensors.

You could get a CoC grip tool too

Try to measure your strength, size will follow, easier to quantify progress that way

Hold and twist any kind of rubber you can get your hands on, I use an old deflated basket ball and I twist it as hard as I can 30 times (in the motorbike accelerator motion). I usually do it after pullups and after deadlifts.

I used to have super skinny wrists worse than OP. I tried wrist curls to no affect. Then I got some special wrist exerciser shit that just made my arm hurt. Then I started doing Farmers Walks and that shit made my forearms fucking explode.

I work out three times a week. At the end of each workout I pick up the heaviest dumbells I can and just walk around until I literally can't hold them anymore.

Then I set them down and rest for a few seconds and do it again. Then repeat one more time. So I guess I basically do three sets to failure, three times a week.

If your gonna do this as an untrained person be sure to take it real easy the first few times, it's much easier to injure yourself doing the eccentric part of exercises when untrained. After a few sessions you should be good to push yourself.

Especially using a pull up bar... As I learned the hard and sore way a couple years back.
