Is this a meme diet or does it actually work?
im specifically referencing the 16:8 daily method- fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 every day

this type of eating is supposedly used by Dwayne the Rock Johnson and Hugh Jackman (who is surprisingly similar to me in appearance and bodytype)
is it smoke and mirrors or is there actually something to it?
ive been self testing diets for years and keeping a journal with pictures. cyclical keto works - its the only thing that seems to work for me. im a perma -cutter and i take the weekends off. (the sticky says that if there's one carb to cut down on- its carbs) im going to add IF to the mix to see if there are any beneficial results
