I dunno, probably like a stupid asshole? Not sure what you think working out every three days is going to do for you. Beyond that, your diet is going to play a significant role in all of this. You could do this routine every day, but it'll do only slightly more than fuck all if you're eating garbage

Also, my sides would achieve orbit if I saw someone doing glute raises in the gym.

you wont build legs but you cant expect it from calisthenics/gymnastics unless you do some advanced plyometric shit
pistol squats are awful meme destroying hips and knees dont ever do them if u really cant squat/deadlift with barbell do box jumps or uphill sprints for legs
