Why can't i see any difference in gains after ~3 months doing this? Went from SS to PPL and startet eating way less fat. I still se small increase in strength in my lifts but not really in appearance... I eat like below and get 7-8 hours of sleep. I want to sleep 8 hours but often wake up before alarm clock. I work a desk job also. I weigh 79-80kg, and my max lifts are:
Bench: around 100kg
Squat: around 120kg (bad right knee)
Dead: around 140kg
OHP: around 60kg
I work out alone so hard to do max...
Food:
morning oats + milk + whey 789
around 10 ryebread with paté 430
noon pasta + chicken + broccoli 823
before workout oats + 3 eggs 347
after whey 206
before bed tuna + milk 527
3000 - 3100 kcal

try going 3500kcal one week and 3000 the next to see if it's your cals. I think you might be underestimating the amount of calories burnt after your work out.
Move the eggs to before bed or breakfast, not during workout, are you mad? Add more cottage cheese before bed and some more fats.
